Molle-ii shovel pouch for a USGI shovel (or similar shovel)

This is the official "issue" case for the current-issue E-Tool, which the Army distributes to deploying units, in addition to the MOLLE Rifleman Set, Rucksack, and other items in the RFI ensemble.

 Grade 1 will look like new.  Grade 2 will look dirty and may have minor abrasion and/or fraying, yet fully functional.
