We reserve the right to refuse service.  If you're a big jerk, we will cancel your order.  We are a small shop and that means we don't respond to customer service requests around the clock nor ship 7 days a week.  Sometimes we're quick, sometimes we're backed up.  Email us with issues before you trash us on social media.
