Ka-Bar Trail Marking Playing Cards

Made from a PVC, water Resistant material -- the Ka-Bar playing cards can have drinks spilled on them, take a whittle rain, and survive use in the outdoors.  Marked with indicators for trail marking or our favorite use of a deck of cards is for weekly PT. 

Hearts are always pushups, Spades are burpees, or some other plyometric, clubs are some version of a lunge or squat, and diamonds are some form of core exercise.  Jokers are a short sprint or distance run.  Shuffle up the cards and suffer.
