US issue 4 season-ish tent (If set up correctly).  This tent requires 0 build time and is ready to crawl in as soon as you take it out of its carrying bag.

This is a wonderful and easy To pack 4 season tent needs to be combined with a tarp or your own rainfly for rain and snowy conditions.  

I run mine without a waterproof bivvy and layer as follows:

-Sleeping bad, Light wool (USARMY or Swiss) zipper woobie, German wool blanket, while wearing a USMC waffle top and bottom, and then a tarp/poncho that is over the tent. 

Notes on Condition:

Condition 1 will have some signs of use, but the fiberglass rods are all in good shape.  

Condition 2 will have heavier signs of use, perhaps small tears in the nylon but the fiberglass rods will still all be connected to provide proper loft and sproing when deploying.  

Condition 3 need some work, no if ands or butts.  The condition 3 should only be bought if you are willing to replace the fiberglass rods or send this in for warranty.
