US Surplus MOLLE Retention Cords

Not really sure what the hell this is, to be honest.

Looks like you can feed a MOLLE strap through either end and/or jimmy up some other attachment method to the slotted ends.

Try it out because it's cheap, or whatever.  If you need to retain gear.  Don't like it after you buy it, well too bad.
