USMC Chinook Medical IFAK Pouch w/ Insert

Fully loaded with all the bells and whistles.  Chinook Medical Gear developed their IFAK (Individual First Aid Kit) pouches to address the top causes of preventable battlefield deaths: bleeding, tension pneumothorax, and airway obstruction.  These kits include the following:
