Used military surplus items are sold as is with no refunds or exchanges.  Be sure to read the details in the product description to ascertain the condition of the items.

Items damaged in transit must be documented along with the packaging used for shipment in order for a claim to be filed with the carrier.    

If an item is missing or the wrong item was sent, we will fix our mistakes and send return labels or refunds as needed.  We reserve the right to limit or deny return/exchanges.

Shipping costs will not be refunded for any returns/orders unless it was a mistake on our part.
