USGI Surplus ECWCS Gen III Level 7 Parka

The warmest puffy jacket in existence?  Maybe.

Part of the Army's Extreme Cold Weather Clothing System, the Level 7 Parka is the outermost layer in extremely cold/dry climates.

Our inventory appears issued, Condition 2 due to minor staining on sleeves and torso.
