US Surplus IFAK Medical Pouches

These look to be more contract overrun pouches.  There's no fabric tag with NSN or model information but based on our source they appear to be  a discontinued or contract fulfillment medical pouch made by Tactical Tailor/Grey Ghost.

Designed to have a pull out medical insert, insert not included, with mounting for shears and a tourniquet on the outside, these pouches can be mounted vertically or horizontally.  

We have a few options.  Coyote/Tan options from either Vietnam or USA made option, and a Vietnamese Multicam-ish pouch.
