US Military Surplus TK Pouch - Coyote

The TK pouch is presumably a tourniquet pouch, but it doesn't quite fit the North American Rescue CAT.  It does however fit a RAT tourniquet, which is only useful on children and dogs where the application of a CAT is just not possible.  

So you should have both on your medical kit, just know the RAT is situational.  Well, now you have a pouch for that or other smaller-statured items.  So there's that.
