The fleece is your friend. Part of the ECWCS, the fleece is a midlayer for warmth and insulation. The pants are less common than the jackets and less used until it's time to layer up when stationary. Athleisure before it was a thing, if you will.
The black fleece pants come with suspenders and full zippers up the sides. Considered more of a coverall, these would be excellent under some waterproof waders when duck hunting.
Available in very limited quantities of select size and color.
Made of fleece, which is from the fleece tree from the country of Fleece. Berry compliant fleece.
