It has an over 3000 cubic inch capacity(49.16119LITERS) and can hold up to 60 pounds which makes it perfect for many missions. Some packs will say U.S., others may not due to different manufacturers. Weighs approximately 5lbs.

The medium rucks are a good pack for short kings and women as they can be adjusted on frame to fit people under 5'5" really well but can still be loaded up and expanded for more gear with sustainment pouches and retention straps.

Good quality backpack, very handy size to have

Fills a good niche between a day pack and a large frame backpack. The one I got showed some signs of light use but minimal damage. There is only one small rip about 1" long on a shoulder strap that will be easy to patch. At this price I'm not complaining. Buckles are nice, frame is sturdy but lightweight, and MOLLE webbing is solid. Extremely pleased with it overall and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a backpack this size.
