Sustainment pouches help expand capacity for any ruck or backpack you may have. You just need 4 MOLLE slots wide and about 4 rows tall. Mount these to the side or rear of your pack for additional food or for your quick access to clothing layers.
Part of the USMC FILBE system and US MOLLE-ii program, sustainment pouches are versatile, non-padded pouches that can fit a variety of gear.
