USGI ECWCS GEN III Cold Weather Soft Shell Trousers - UCP

The GEN III ECWCS Soft Shell Cold Weather Trousers are designed for use in cold weather conditions as a soft shell layer combined with other base and insulative layers.   Water resistant-ish.

The Level V Soft Shell Trousers provide light weight, low bulk and extreme comfort for movement. When combined with base and insulative layers this level serves as an excellent outer shell in moderate to cold environments, in drizzly rain but not total downpours.  

Comes with suspenders for Unc-maxxing.  Samples we have are new old stock, most still have the tags.
