US Military Surplus WOOBIE Poncho Liners

 The USGI "Woobie" or poncho liner, was first put into use by US troops in Vietnam, where wool blankets proved to be unsuited for humid environments. Lighter weight and quicker drying than wool, the Woobie is meant for use under a rain poncho but can also be used independently.

Woobies are often kept during gear turn in because it was your best buddy, your snuggie wuggie.  Grade/Condition 1 woobies will either be like new or completely uninssued whereas the Condition 2 ACU samples are just slightly faded, and we've seen some runs in the stitching but no other major wear.
